Gary Clifford

Gary represents clients in transactions and litigation in the areas of commercial law, corporate law, employment law, intellectual property law, and real estate law. He has many years of experience in structuring deals, litigating disputes, and representing clients before a multitude of governmental agencies.

Prior to becoming a founding partner at Polaris Law Group LLP, Gary worked for several U. S.-based law firms as well as law firms located in Tokyo, Japan; Quito, Ecuador; and Bangkok, Thailand. Gary speaks German, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, and basic Mandarin Chinese. His linguistic abilities and the experience he gained working abroad enable him to counsel clients on a variety of international business problems. He advises U.S. business on their overseas operations as well as foreign business on their U.S. operations.
